T1CFreeImage is a simple ATL component that creates PNG images on the fly. It draws lines and texts with a selected color and saves the rendered image to a file. The component can be used with ASP, Word, Excel and any other applications that support ActiveX.

picME is a purpose designed JPEG file creator. Use it to generate pictures for a "What picture is this" type web game. picME will generate 1 thumbnail file and 1 modified version of the original photo which highlights where the thumbnail was taken.

Imager Resizer is a small ISAPI dll that was coded for being used along with Imager Gallery as an alternative image resizer. It supports creating thumbnails of JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, TGA and GIF images.

DynImage is a free ActiveX control that creates on the-fly dynamic images in PNG format for ASP developers.
